
Joe Morford serves as Managing Partner of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of major corporations in mass tort, business, and product liability litigation matters both in Ohio and in courtrooms throughout the United States.
Joe is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court. He frequently lectures on the defense of litigation matters and has regularly been named an Ohio Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation, an Ohio Super Lawyer®, and included on the list of Best Lawyers in America®. He also serves as a magistrate judge for the City of Shaker Heights Juvenile Court Diversion Program and is active in many other community organizations.
Joe is the proud father of four children ages 17, 16, 13, and 9. Thus, much of his spare time is spent at assorted recitals, athletic events, shows and concerts - or doing exceedingly interesting science projects and math homework. Joe is certain these children will, upon completion of their singing/acting/modeling/athletic careers, be a driving force for good in their communities.
