Joe Morford Comments to Law.com on Return-to-Office Policies

January 24, 2025

On January 23, Joe Morford was quoted by Law.com in “Trump RTO Mandates Won’t Disrupt Big Law Policies – But Client Expectations Might.” The article discusses Donald Trump’s executive order to end remote working arrangements for all federal employees and its possible effect on the hybrid model that is typical in the legal world.

Joe commented that Tucker Ellis is unlikely to require five days in the office.

“Our lawyers and staff are doing a great job serving our clients, developing their practices, developing their careers, working from the office and as they wish working from places other than the office,” Joe said. “We have great camaraderie, we have great collaboration, we have great teamwork and we’ll just continue to expect our professionals to act like professionals and do whatever it takes to get the job done right.”
