Tucker Ellis Earns Mansfield Rule 5.0 Plus Certification

Tucker Ellis LLP is proud to announce that the firm has achieved Mansfield 5.0 Certification Plus for 2022. Administered by Diversity Lab, this recognition demonstrates that firms have taken deliberate steps to expand the list of female lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and underrepresented racial and/or ethnic lawyers considered for leadership positions within their organizations, as well as actually achieved diverse representation in key leadership positions during the past year.

Tucker Ellis joined Mansfield Rule 5.0 in July 2021 in pursuit of the Plus Certification status. To achieve this higher level of certification, the firm collaborated with Diversity Lab over a 12-month Certification period with built-in measurement, transparency, and accountability mechanisms.

In July 2022, Tucker Ellis continued its pledge to the Mansfield Rule by joining version 6.0, which runs through 2023 and further expands the scope and increases the rigor of the certification process.
