Benjamin C. Sassé

Ben Sassé is an appellate lawyer who also briefs and argues complex legal issues before trial courts in high-stakes matters. He successfully represents businesses before state and federal appellate courts on issues ranging from the constitutionality of tort reform to the manner in which banks calculate interest. Ben’s experience as Chair of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys’ Amicus Committee gives him unique insight into how to frame issues for Ohio Supreme Court review.

Ben devotes significant time to mentoring associates on their legal writing, and frequently serves as a judge in local moot court competitions.
