Lindsey E. Sacher

Lindsey Sacher regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and tort litigation.

A trial lawyer, Lindsey handles all stages of litigation, including through trial and the appellate process. She has substantial experience defending clients in nearly every type of tort claim, ranging from wrongful death and serious personal injury claims (including claims involving disfigurement and brain damage injuries) to minor injuries and property damage. She also handles other tort causes of action, including premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort claims.

Lindsey also regularly advises clients on product warning and labeling issues, as well as compliance with state and federal consumer protection laws. She also has significant experience with insurance coverage cases and other business and commercial disputes.

Before becoming an attorney, Lindsey taught high school English. Her past experience in the classroom helps her to make complex legal arguments in the courtroom in a manner that is easy for judges and juries to understand.
