Chelsea Mikula, Andrea Lowe, and Lindsey Sacher Named to 2023 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

February 17, 2023

Tucker Ellis LLP has named Chelsea Mikula, Andrea Lowe, and Lindsey Sacher as members of the 2023 Class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

Chelsea has been named to the 2023 Class of LCLD Fellows. Launched in 2011, LCLD’s landmark Fellows Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of the Fellows Program is to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and access to LCLD Members (managing partners and general counsel). Fellows, who typically have eight or more years of practice experience, are selected based on demonstrated leadership skills, the impact they have on their organizations, community engagement, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Andrea and Lindsey have been named to the 2023 LCLD Pathfinder Program, designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys with three to seven years of practice experience. The goal of the Pathfinder Program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal and professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
