Tucker Ellis LLP is proud to announce that Crain’s Cleveland Business has named Bakita Hill to the 2023 class of Crain’s 20 in Their 20s – an honor that recognizes the talented up-and-coming young leaders in Northeast Ohio’s business and nonprofit community. Recipients of the honor were selected based on professional accomplishments and nonprofit and civic involvement with the aim of recognizing a diverse range of people and industries. Crain’s featured the honorees in its September 18, 2023 edition.

Ms. Hill advises clients in a variety of business matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and reorganizations. She analyzes laws and regulations that are critical to businesses and drafts legal documents, including definitive agreements, ancillary transaction agreements, license agreements, disclosure schedules, operating agreements, and distribution agreements.

Ms. Hill received her law degree cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Kent State University.
