Caleb Ohrn

Caleb Ohrn is a commercial finance attorney representing clients in a variety of financing transaction structures.

Caleb’s practice primarily focuses on representing lenders and corporate borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transaction structures, including high-value financing deals, syndicated facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, fund finance, mezzanine lending, and real estate financings.

A believer in giving back to the community, Caleb contributes his time and skills to pro bono matters. He has served as counsel in an Ohio adult adoption matter and as a legal advisor to a local family on a child’s custody/adoption matter.

Away from work, Caleb enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Sierra and their dog Tex. Caleb spends much of his non-work time on the golf course, hiking local trails, trying out new local restaurants, and attending Cleveland sporting events.
