Tucker Ellis is pleased to announce that Mike Ruttinger has received DRI’s 2021 G. Duffield Smith Outstanding Publication Award in recognition of his article, “Edging Toward a Circuit Split: Specific Personal Jurisdiction and Nationwide Class Actions” published in DRI’s July 2020 edition of For The Defense. The award is one of DRI’s Annual Professional Achievement and Service Awards, which identify peers deserving of recognition either for their professional contributions to, and achievements on behalf of, the defense bar and the civil justice system or their involvement in community and public service activities that have a positive impact on society at large.
