On April 24, 2013, Peter Voudouris and Jane Warner obtained a unanimous defense verdict for the Cleveland Clinic in a medical malpractice case alleging that a patient died due to misplacement of a feeding tube. The main fact in dispute was whether feedings were administered after the tube was placed.
