On October 6, DeAngelo LaVette was a panelist at “What I Wish I Knew Then,” co-sponsored by Case Western Reserve University School of Law and its Black Law Students Association (BLSA). The panelists addressed specific questions from BLSA students, explained their journeys to becoming lawyers, and discussed how race has impacted them both positively and negatively along their paths.
