On August 23, Carl Muller and Melissa Kelly presented “Recent Developments in Employment Law” to the Ashtabula County Society for Human Resource Management (ACSHRM). Carl and Melissa discussed non-compete agreements and an FTC proposed rule that would ban them; pregnant worker protections, including the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and the PUMP Act; and recent changes to severance agreements.
