On April 4, Jen Roth  co-chaired the Blue Sky Forum at “The Institute 2024,” a conference of the National Association of Bond Lawyers in Chicago. The Institute provided topic-based discussion forums encouraging active participation and involvement from attendees. The Blue Sky Forum included topics such as whether a Blue Sky memo is always needed, how the underwriting team uses them, and how sales in problem jurisdictions are handled.
