Thomas W. Ostrowski

Tom focuses on all aspects of commercial banking, including commercial loans, letters of credit, loan restructuring, agented and syndicated loans, and secured lending. He has significant experience in commercial real estate and corporate finance matters, asset-based finance, healthcare lending, workouts, and structured and secured finance. He has represented various private equity funds and subordinated debt lenders and their portfolio companies.

During his seven-year tenure as Finance Practice Group Leader, Tom guided the team through extraordinary growth and transformation, setting a high bar for leadership and collaboration.

Tom and his wife Erika reside in Bath, Ohio, with the youngest two of five children. He enjoys keeping up with his older three kids, workouts, reading history and British fiction, and family time. He is also an avid Arsenal FC fan. As a former social studies teacher, Tom relishes the opportunity to mentor associates and counsel.
