November 18, 2025
On November 17, Law360 Pulse published “Tucker Ellis Names New Leaders in Cleveland, Chicago,” reporting on the firm’s announcement that Tom Ostrowski and Ashley Brandt have been named partners-in-charge of the Cleveland and Chicago offices, respectively. The roles become effective on January 1, 2026.
Tom commented, “It is a huge honor to be chosen to lead the Cleveland office. It will be a great pleasure to continue to work with James Mizgala, our new managing partner, and our many incredible attorneys and legal professionals, as we continue to build Cleveland and Tucker Ellis nationally.”
Tom told Law360 that his goals as Cleveland Partner-in-Charge are to “further cement our relationships with our incredible client base, as well as work with our Cleveland colleagues on new opportunities. Also, to continue our founders’ legacy of community involvement with local charities, law schools and bar associations throughout northeast Ohio.”
Ashley said, “Being asked to lead the Chicago office means a great deal — it reflects the strength of the team we’ve built here and gives me the opportunity to help guide an office that plays an increasingly important role in the firm’s future.”
When asked about his goals as Chicago Partner-in-Charge, Ashley replied, “My priorities are to support our lawyers and clients, continue thoughtful growth in areas where we already serve clients nationwide, and make sure our Chicago office remains a place where clients receive exceptional work and colleagues thrive.”
