Tariq M. Naeem

Tariq Naeem is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP and a member of the firm’s Trial Group. Drawing on his undergraduate education in the biological sciences, he primarily defends pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability cases. He also has extensive experience in general product liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense and coverage analysis, and commercial litigation, including involvement in several RICO cases. Tariq has appeared in federal and state courts across the United States on behalf of the firm’s clients in both the trial and pre-trial settings.

Tariq is committed to maintaining the integrity of the legal profession and is a Life Member of the 8th District Judicial Conference. He is active in the William K. Thomas Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and he currently serves on the Alumni Association Board for the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Tariq is also on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
