Tyler Palmer works with business entities, majority and minority owners, partners, nonprofits, trustees, beneficiaries, counties, cities, and individuals as business litigation counsel.
Tyler represents clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, business contract disputes, real estate litigation, and probate and trust disputes involving underlying family businesses. He regularly handles claims of breach of contract, fraud, theft, and breach of fiduciary duties.
In working with clients, Tyler prioritizes communication and fact analysis. He files pleadings and motions, pursues discovery, and seeks pre-trial resolutions. When a pre-trial resolution is not in the client’s best interest, Tyler brings substantial trial experience from his time with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and Mohave County, where he prosecuted and defended more than 100 trials.
A strong proponent of efficiency, Tyler utilizes AI enabled tools under strict confidentiality and data security protocols to quicken legal research, streamline document review, sharpen briefing, and enhance case preparation while always maintaining quality.
Tyler stays abreast of the latest developments in legislation and how key court decisions affect civil litigation by giving an annual presentation on these to the Civil Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
Tyler is known for his proactive and responsive communication, candid assessments, and results oriented approach tailored to client objectives—whether that means an early resolution or a decisive trial win.
