Marissa M. Diver

Marissa Diver counsels financial lending institutions and real estate owners and developers in a variety of finance transactions.

Marissa has experience advising lenders and capital providers on unsecured financings and loan syndications as well as construction and permanent financing secured by a wide variety of assets throughout the United States, including multifamily residential properties, retail and shopping centers, office parks, and industrial complexes. She drafts loan documents; coordinates and performs entity, title, and survey due diligence reviews; and regularly participates in status calls to efficiently handle these finance transactions.

Marissa also has experience assisting companies and trustees in the formation of employee stock ownership plans and acquisitions undertaken by ESOP-owned companies. She coordinates and performs extensive due diligence reviews, drafts stock purchase agreements and related documents, and participates in client calls to ensure a smooth transition.

In her spare time, Marissa enjoys playing volleyball, crafting, and attending Cleveland sporting events with friends and family.
