Jeffrey C. Sindelar, Jr.

Counsel
Cleveland, OH | D 216.696.3697 | F 216.592.5009
overview

Jeff Sindelar combines his strategic and tactical experience as a trial attorney with the analytical skills he developed as a law clerk to meet the needs of clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Jeff knows successful litigation strategy requires more than merely waiting for opposing counsel’s arguments—it requires anticipating those arguments and responding quickly with lucid, compelling counterarguments. He applies this philosophy when representing clients in matters involving antitrust, contract disputes, consumer class actions, copyrights, drug and medical device products liability, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. Jeff spends a significant amount of his time defending FDA-regulated drugs and medical devices in federal multidistrict and state litigation and, as a result, has gained a thorough understanding of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA regulations.

After law school, Jeff returned home to the Greater Cleveland area to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Cook, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He then worked as a volunteer coordinator and election day operations manager on John McCain’s 2008 U.S. Presidential Campaign before entering private practice in Cleveland.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys running and biking the trails of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
