Mollie Benedict was quoted in “Nine Tips for Building a Diverse and Inclusive Law Firm,” an article published by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

“Diversity-aligned recruiting is key to organically produce a diverse culture within a law firm,” Mollie said. She also shared Tucker Ellis’s unique way of celebrating its differences to create inclusion: the annual “Stone Soup” potluck, where employees “are encouraged to bring a dish unique to their background/culture and share it with others.”
