Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Keith Grady has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as a partner in its Intellectual Property Department.

Mr. Grady represents publicly traded companies and major manufacturers in patent litigation in a variety of technological industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, software, medical device, and mechanical devices. “Keith’s three decades of invaluable government and private-practice experience will be a huge benefit to our clients in developing, enforcing, and defending their intellectual property,” said Intellectual Property Department Chair Carlos Garritano. “We’re excited to welcome him to our practice and our firm.”

“Once again, we count ourselves fortunate that top-quality talent like Keith choose to call Tucker Ellis their work home,” said Managing Partner Joe Morford. “Our clients will be exceptionally well served by Keith’s expertise, and we’re happy to have him on board.”
