Crain’s Cleveland Business interviewed Glenn Morrical on the current surge of shale-related activity and the workload of attorneys handling leases and title searches.

Mr. Morrical, a partner and co-chair of the Tucker Ellis Oil & Gas group, commented that although leasing activity is subsiding, “other legal work will arise over existing lease rights and the rights of way and real estate negotiations necessary as people seek to lay pipeline for transporting gas and gas liquids.”
