Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Cummings has joined the firm as counsel in the firm’s St. Louis office. Ms. Cummings represents clients in cases involving medical and pharmaceutical liability, toxic tort, and product liability.

A persuasive litigator, Ms. Cummings has a successful history of achieving case dismissals, advantageous settlements, and favorable verdicts for clients. In her active practice, she manages large dockets in high-risk jurisdictions.

Ms. Cummings received her law degree summa cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Southeast Missouri State University.
