Susan Racey and Erica McGregor spoke at the 15th Annual Estate Planning Seminar, a five-day remote event sponsored by the Lake Erie Council, Boy Scouts of America.

On September 15, Susan discussed the status of marital agreements in Ohio and new developments, including the initiative to change Ohio law to permit post-nuptial agreements and amendments to pre-marital agreements. On September 22, Erica discussed the execution formalities of estate planning documents during “the good, the bad, and the ugly.” Contributing significantly to the preparations of the presentations were Rachel Byrnes and Lauren Lipsyc.
