On March 8, Rita Maimbourg was a panelist at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s (CMBA) International Women’s Day Summit 2024. In “Workstyles & Worldviews: Navigating Generational Diversity,” Rita and her co-panelists explored generational perspectives on various aspects of life for women in the workplace, including topics such as how appropriate work attire is perceived by different generations – especially as a result of the relaxed standards during COVID-19 lockdowns and working from home – and how finding and relying on mentors, sponsors, and allies can enhance women’s careers.
