On July 15, Joe Koncelik was a panelist at an Ohio Economic Development Association webinar hosted by the Greater Ohio Policy Center. Joe gave an overview of Ohio H.B.168, which establishes the bona fide purchaser defense (BFPD). The BFPD aligns Ohio law with federal standards and aims to encourage the redevelopment of lightly contaminated brownfield sites. The presentation was geared toward developers and those in real estate and economic development.
