Ryan D. Kray
Ryan Kray focuses his practice on achieving clients’ business objectives as a member of the Tucker Ellis corporate team.
Ryan’s experience includes corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, lending facilities, leases, and private debt and equity financings. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements and provides comprehensive legal counsel on a variety of matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Ryan is committed to fostering a culture of ethical governance and sustainable business practices. He advises on corporate governance matters, including structure, duties, and compliance, contributing to the long-term success and reputation of clients.
Ryan and his wife Melissa live in Aurora, Ohio, with their two children. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, watching his children play sports, and traveling with his family.
