Tucker Ellis is pleased to announce that The M&A Advisor has selected a deal completed by a Tucker Ellis team of attorneys as its “Industrials Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100 MM).” The award is part of The M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual International M&A Awards.

The deal – “Recapitalization of System Seals by Vance St. Capital” – involved a strategic investment in System Seals, Inc. and its domestic and foreign affiliates by Vance Street Capital. System Seals designs and manufactures highly engineered, high-performance seals for end markets with mission-critical applications and distinct design requirements for the wind turbine, oil & gas and metals processing, industrial, pharmaceutical, and other industries. The transaction will allow System Seals to double-down on its product offering and continue to expand into new industries and markets.

The winners will be honored at the 2025 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit, to be held September 15 and 16 in New York City.
