Seth H. Wamelink

Seth H. Wamelink is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. As a member of the firm’s Trial Department, Seth practices extensively in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, nursing and residential care malpractice and construction litigation. He is an experienced litigator who has represented pharmaceutical companies, shipping companies, construction companies, manufacturers, hospitals, nursing and residential care facilities, elevator manufacturers and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West LLP, Seth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received the CALI Excellence Award in Products Liability. Seth is a native Clevelander who enjoys spending his free time with his family and being involved in his community. He is on the Executive Council of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a recent graduate of The Cleveland Leadership Center’s Civic Leadership Institute.
