Seth H. Wamelink

Seth H. Wamelink is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP and is a member of the Trial Department. Seth focuses his practice primarily on products liability, commercial litigation, medical malpractice and construction litigation. He has represented drug manufacturers, shipping companies, construction companies, manufacturers, nursing homes and financial institutions.

Seth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received the CALI Excellence Award in Products Liability.
