Justin E. Rice

Justin E. Rice is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP.  He is a member of the Trial Department, where he practices in the area of professional and products liability.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1998, where he majored in Music Industry and minored in Business.  Justin received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was an editor of The Internet Law Journal, represented disadvantaged inner-city residents in the civil litigation Clinic, and received the CALI Excellence Award in Pre-Trial Practice:  Medical Malpractice.

Prior to his legal career, Justin worked in Copyright for Warner/Chappell Music in Los Angeles, where he supervised the company's mechanical licensing department.  An avid music lover and drummer since the age of 3, Justin also enjoys snow skiing, hiking and photography.
