Motunrayo D. (M.D.) Akinmurele focuses her practice on real estate litigation.
For over ten years, M.D. has represented top title insurance companies, national lenders, small business lenders, homeowners, and commercial property owners in title-related matters. M.D. also has significant experience in commercial landlord-tenant disputes, land use, and bankruptcy actions.
Among both clients and colleagues, M.D. is well known as a trusted and skilled trial and appellate attorney who does not shy away from tackling challenging legal questions.
