(M.D.) Akinmurele has been elected to the board of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), the first international professional association dedicated to enhancing the professional status of women in all disciplines of insolvency and restructuring. Since 1993, IWIRC has been connecting women worldwide through a global membership of more than 2,400 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors, and other restructuring practitioners who represent every discipline of restructuring, including law, crisis management, financial advisory, banking, private equity, claims management, and communications.
