Madeline Dennis focuses her practice on defending medical device and pharmaceutical companies against product liability and personal injury claims.

She serves as local and national counsel to manufacturers in individual cases, multidistrict litigation, and class actions. Madeline is a member of the Tucker Ellis team that defends a large medical device manufacturer nationwide in hundreds of personal injury cases involving transvaginal mesh. She leads the briefing team, handles expert witness preparation and depositions, coordinates discovery, and assists with preparation and strategy for hearings and trial. Madeline also represents manufacturers in individual cases involving orthopedic medical devices, prescription drugs, and consumer products.

Since joining Tucker Ellis as a summer associate in 2012, Madeline has gained considerable experience developing case-specific theories and with complex brief writing, including summary judgment, Daubert issues, pre-trial and trial motions. She has served as an active member on trial teams for numerous federal trials.

Madeline grew up in Cleveland and played soccer for Case Western Reserve University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
