Tucker Ellis Announces New Practice Group Leaders

January 16, 2026

Tucker Ellis LLP has appointed new leaders for several practice groups, underscoring the firm’s continued commitment to exceptional client service, strategic growth, and attorney development.

Chelsea Mikula and Seth Wamelink have been named Business Litigation Group Co-Chairs, succeeding Tom Simmons, who has retired after 23 years of distinguished service at Tucker Ellis. Chelsea defends clients nationwide in high-stakes commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business valuation issues, and complex tort matters. She has taken multiple cases to verdict in trial and arbitration and represents several companies as national counsel. Seth brings deep experience representing manufacturing, construction, and telecommunications clients in complex commercial litigation, including construction disputes, breach of contract, and product liability. In many of these litigations, he serves as national counsel or lead counsel in multidistrict litigation.

Christine Snyder and Bisi Ezeolu have been appointed Labor & Employment Group Co-Chairs, also succeeding Tom Simmons. Christine advises public and private employers on complex labor and employment matters, providing practical guidance to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with evolving federal and state laws. She regularly defends employers in wage-and-hour class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA, and wrongful discharge claims, and conducts internal investigations. Bisi, Partner-in-Charge of the Tucker Ellis Los Angeles office, represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, and retaliation matters. He draws on his background in representing title insurers, real estate lenders, banks, and other financial institutions in lawsuits involving mortgage banking, fraud, and related claims.

Grayson Sieg joins Jennifer Mesko as Tucker Ellis Junior Attorney Corps (JAC) Co-Chair, succeeding Chaz Weber, who now leads the firm’s Finance Group. Grayson counsels financial institutions, developers, and capital providers in real estate finance transactions nationwide, including unsecured and syndicated financings, construction and bridge loans, and complex collateral structures. His collaborative leadership style and dedication as a mentor position him to support the continued development of the firm’s junior attorneys.

“We are thrilled to recognize Chelsea, Seth, Christine, Bisi, and Grayson in these leadership roles,” said James Mizgala, Tucker Ellis Managing Partner. “Their legal judgment, dedication to client service, and proven leadership will strengthen our national platform. Each brings a clear commitment to mentoring and excellence, and I look forward to the continued success of these practice groups under their guidance.”
