On November 23, on behalf of American Excess Insurance Exchange (AEIX), Peter Voudouris co-presented an hour-long Zoom webinar with Dr. Kevin Horn, Medical Examiner for Maricopa County (Phoenix), Arizona, “Strengthening Proximate Cause Defenses in Wrongful Death Cases.” Peter and Dr. Horn discussed the most substantive and strategic ways to combat plaintiffs’ allegations regarding cause of death, citing to specific cases where casting doubt on the medical examiner’s report has yielded positive results.
