On April 20, Peter Jones co-presented at the 37th Annual Ohio Employee Ownership Conference in Fairlawn, Ohio. Pete provided an up-close look at ESOP boards of directors and governance, including principles of effective boards and good governance, differences between ESOP boards and other boards, the value of outside board members, and understanding the roles of the board, trustee, company leadership, and others within the process.
