Connor Doughty
Connor Doughty represents clients in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device clients in product liability litigation.
Connor represents pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in individual, class action, and multidistrict litigation across numerous state and federal courts. His experience covers various facets of pre-trial litigation, including strategic legal research and analysis, discovery and e-discovery, dispositive motion practice, and depositions and expert discovery.
In addition to his work in life sciences litigation, Connor is a member of multiple Tucker Ellis teams that serve as national counsel in products liability litigation for Fortune 500 companies. Connor also has experience defending various corporations in employment practices litigation, as well as lawsuits under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
Away from work, Connor enjoys cooking through his latest cookbook, catching Cubs games at Wrigley Field, and exploring his Chicago neighborhood with his family.
