Faustina Lee focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property law.

With a background in electrical engineering and experience with a variety of other technology fields, Faustina’s skill set makes her especially well suited to work closely with clients on patentability analysis, patent procurement, and infringement issues.

Faustina also has wide-ranging experience in copyright law, trademark law, and Internet law. She has represented clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, including the electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, medical devices, academic research, apparel, jewelry, and arts industries. Her versatility as an intellectual property attorney allows her to bring a holistic approach to securing and protecting clients’ intellectual property rights.

When not in the office, Faustina enjoys traveling with family, reading, and experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
