This 9th Annual update of Take-Home Asbestos Duty Decisions provides a state-by-state review of important rulings regarding the duty owed, if any, by premises owners, employers, product manufacturers and suppliers, and contractors to protect against take-home asbestos exposure.

2018 was notable for rulings in Delaware, Rhode Island, and Virginia that imposed a take-home duty and in Arizona, where an earlier no duty ruling was upheld by its highest court. Those and other rulings from prior years are summarized in this 9th Annual update.
