Valeria Golodnitska

Valeria Golodnitska focuses her practice on defending clients in mass tort, product liability, and commercial litigation.

Valeria defends a diverse group of manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in product liability, negligence, premises, and commercial litigation. She has experience defending all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as indemnity, third-party, and cross claims in both state and federal courts. Valeria also has significant experience in representing clients in commercial litigation and contractual disputes and served as co-lead trial counsel in a recent jury trial in Los Angeles. A true California practitioner, Valeria is well known for her deep knowledge of the nuances of the California Code, both procedure and evidence.

Valeria has extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation, including trial and post-trial, as well as pre-suit investigations. She has spearheaded significant dispositive and pre-trial briefing, offensive and defensive written discovery, and fact and expert witness direct and cross examinations. She is also known for her persuasive oral advocacy in hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and deposition practice.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Valeria practiced at a law firm where she focused on personal injury, insurance, and lemon law defense, as well as subrogation litigation.

Valeria moved to the United States from Ukraine when she was 12 years old and speaks Russian fluently. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants and museums.
