Marlin Gramajo Gillespie
Marlin Gramajo Gillespie brings a comprehensive skill set to every client engagement to support Tucker Ellis’s Business Litigation Group.
With experience in all forms of civil litigation, Marlin supports teams in several business litigation areas, focusing on contracts, real estate, and employment defense in particular. She has appeared for, drafted, and researched numerous motions – including motions for summary judgment, anti-SLAPP motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, and motions to dismiss. Her trial experience includes preparing jury instructions and expert discovery and conducting depositions.
Underscoring her commitment to diversity and inclusion, during law school, Marlin co-chaired the OUTLaw affinity group and was actively involved with the Native American Law Students Association and the Latinx Law Students Association.
Marlin enjoys eating spicy food and is an avid OrangeTheory Fitness goer.
