Elizabeth Cummings zealously represents clients in cases involving medical and pharmaceutical liability, toxic tort, and product liability.

Elizabeth couples her experience with attention to detail to bring a solid, creative, client-centered approach to every engagement. She works diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and drive positive resolutions to complex legal matters. Keenly aware of the importance of client interaction both inside and outside the courtroom, Elizabeth takes a proactive stance, evaluating risks and working closely with clients to develop a comprehensive litigation strategy that protects their interests. Elizabeth's ability to successfully collaborate with clients enables her to successfully represent them in some of the country's most challenging jurisdictions.

A persuasive litigator, Elizabeth has a successful history of achieving case dismissals, advantageous settlements, and favorable verdicts for clients. In her active practice, she manages dockets of more than 200 cases in high-risk jurisdictions. 

Elizabeth is an active volunteer with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, assisting low income victims of domestic violence with issues surrounding custody and divorce. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, and coaching youth sports.
