Cory W. Verba

Cory Verba leverages his technical expertise in electrical engineering to help clients safeguard their intellectual property.

Cory advises clients on securing, protecting, and licensing intellectual property, with an emphasis on patents and related clearance matters.

Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he has experience drafting patent applications and responses to Office Actions, as well as preparing appeal briefs. His experience also includes conducting patent and trademark patentability searches; performing legal research on patent, trademark, and trade secret matters in support of litigation; and drafting legal memoranda.

Cory’s technical background in electrical engineering allows him to provide insightful guidance across a wide array of technologies, including power converters, control systems, fluid systems, battery technology, healthcare-related technology, electric bikes and tools, and mechanical inventions.

Outside the office, Cory enjoys fitness and playing video games.
