Mandry, Cate

Catherine G. Mandry

Catherine Mandry supports Tucker Ellis teams across a range of practice areas, with a particular focus on corporate, finance, and real estate matters.

Catherine provides research, analysis, and drafting support at all stages of litigation and transactional work, helping client teams deliver efficient, well-informed solutions. Her experience includes conducting legal research, preparing discovery responses, and assisting in drafting motions and memoranda. Before joining Tucker Ellis, she interned with KeyBank’s risk management and compliance team, giving her valuable insight into the intersection of legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial services industry.

Catherine earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, where she served on the Cleveland State Law Review. A former Army ROTC cadet, Catherine brings discipline, teamwork, and a problem-solving mindset to her legal work.

During her 2L and 3L years at Cleveland State, Cate was a student attorney for the CSU Law Terry Gilbert Wrongful Conviction Clinic. The Clinic provides legal assistance to incarcerated individuals in Ohio with claims of actual innocence or manifest injustice. There, Cate conducted preliminary investigations, met with clients, reviewed case materials and transcripts, and developed investigative and legal strategy.

Catherine enjoys playing soccer and volleyball, reading, playing with her dogs, and exploring all that Cleveland has to offer.
