Caleb Ohrn
Caleb Ohrn is a finance attorney representing clients in a variety of financing transaction structures.
Caleb advises agents, lenders, and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of a wide range of credit facilities. His clients include real estate developers, owners, investment and management firms, REITs, and private equity real estate funds. Caleb regularly works on transactions involving diverse collateral structures, including subscription secured facilities, traditional mortgage-backed single asset loans, and credit facilities secured by pools of encumbered or unencumbered real estate.
His practice also includes a broad range of commercial lending matters, such as asset-based lending, fund finance, mezzanine debt, and other secured and unsecured credit products. Caleb has experience handling transactions across the credit spectrum—from middle market club deals to large syndicated financings—and brings a practical, business-focused approach to each matter.
Caleb is committed to pro bono service, having represented clients in adult adoption proceedings and advised families navigating complex custody and adoption matters in Ohio.
Outside the office, Caleb enjoys golfing, hiking Northeast Ohio’s trails, exploring Cleveland’s food scene, and cheering on the city’s sports teams with his wife Sierra and their dog Tex.
