Tucker Ellis LLP is pleased to announce that Celia Carroll has joined the firm’s Health & Life Sciences practice. Ms. Carroll is resident in the firm’s St. Louis office.

Ms. Carroll manages and coordinates defense strategies for claims involving medical and pharmaceutical liability, toxic tort, and product liability. She is actively involved in every aspect of client defense, from pre-trial strategy and investigation through discovery, substantive motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and post-trial work.

Ms. Carroll also has significant experience as a commercial litigator. In representing clients in cannabis litigation and regulatory matters, she manages pre-trial strategy, substantive motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

Ms. Carroll received her law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University.
