Jen Roth and Keith Raker Close Financing for Hitchcock Center for Women Expansion

April 26, 2024

Jen Roth and Keith Raker have successfully closed a financing on behalf of Hitchcock Center for Women (HCFW) to expand and enhance the organization’s existing treatment services and provide permanent supportive housing to individuals with low incomes.

HCFW’s primary mission is to support women and families with substance use issues. To further that mission, HCFW determined to construct an approximately 33,000-square-foot treatment center on the site of its existing campus at 1227 Ansel Road, Cleveland, Ohio, and a 53-unit multifamily building for individuals and families of low and moderate income. The sources of funds for the integrated development include the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Cuyahoga County, the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic, and from the leveraging of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
