The Black Inclusion and Advancement Network (BIAN) is a valuable resource that celebrates Black culture while offering opportunities for all Tucker Ellis colleagues to engage, learn, and grow.

BIAN’s mission is to:

• Create a safe and open space of support, mentorship, and community
• Provide access to educational, social, and business development opportunities
• Amplify Black voices, accomplishments, and cultural awareness
• Empower members to be heard, valued, and visible

Through its programming, BIAN welcomes participation from all colleagues and fosters firmwide education around civic engagement opportunities with cultural significance and initiatives that address racial justice. In addition, BIAN actively collaborates with affinity organizations both within and outside of the firm to advance our mission of inclusion and support the firm’s Pipeline Program efforts.
