On September 29, Tony Vacanti presented at a National Business Institute (NBI) live video webinar, “Eminent Domain: Appraisals and Just Compensation.” Tony provided a practical refresher and update on eminent domain, including pertinent updates on recent court decisions, and demonstrated how to review appraisal reports to assess the adequacy of the government’s real estate valuation.
