On April 23, Tony Petruzzi was a Thought Leader at The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting 2026 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tony joined other Sedona Thought Leaders—including the Honorable Jared C. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah; Angel Bradford, Allstate Insurance Company; Kelly McNabb, Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein; and moderator Dennis Kiker, DLA Piper—to explore the ethical dimensions of engaging with opposing counsel throughout the discovery process. Through practical examples and discussion, the panel highlighted strategies for maintaining professionalism while avoiding pitfalls that can lead to sanctions or reputational harm.
